Billing questions
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. You get 14 days with everything in Pro. Choose a plan when you're ready, from the billing page inside ArtworkDesk.
What happens if I don't choose a plan?
Your account pauses at the end of the trial. Your orders, customers and files are kept, and choosing a plan picks up exactly where you left off.
How much file storage do I get?
5 GB for artwork, mockups and customer files on every plan. Need more room? Connect your own Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive and new files are saved there instead, on any plan, with no limit from us. You can move existing files across too.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, up or down at any time from the billing page. The next bill is adjusted for the part of the month spent on each plan. Moving down keeps all your data: features from the higher plan just show a note until you move back up.
Is there a charge for using my own domain?
A one-off £99 + VAT set-up fee on any plan, because we add your domain and its security certificate by hand. Nothing more after that.
What if a payment fails?
You'll get an email and a reminder in the app, and everything keeps working for a week while you update your card.
Do you send invoices?
Yes. A receipt is emailed for every payment, and you can download past invoices from the billing page.
How do I cancel?
From the billing page, at any time. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. If you'd like a copy of your data before you go, ask us and we'll send it.
